Connecting to the Mobile App

From your phone

1. Download the  MyWellApp by CoreHealth          
    APPLE-MyWellApp    ANDROID-MyWellApp
   

Go to your computer

1. Log-in to the HealthyLife Portal.
2. Navigate to your profile.  (Found by hovering over your avatar in the upper right hand corner of the page.)
3. Click on Mobile Access
4. Click the New button within the pop-up window to generate the mobile code. 
5. Place the code above the LOGIN space on your phone, as show in screenshot below. You will now be logged in, and will see your account open to the main page of the portal. If you should see a pop-up that asks about logging in, just select the "close" button at the bottom right and this will bring you to the main page of the dashboard portal.
